配送政策
• 現貨飾品會在確認訂單後 2-5天內寄出
• 除註明預訂的飾品需要預訂，所有飾品均為現貨發售
• 預訂貨品需7-10個工作日處理
• 如預訂貨品未能於20天內到貨，會通知客人並先寄出現貨
• 所有貨品寄出後均會發送訊息通知
• 以順豐或空郵掛號寄出會提供郵件編號
• Goods in stock will be sent within 2-5 days after confirming the order.
• Except for stated as pre-order goods, every item is in stock.
• Pre-order goods require an order period of 7-10 working days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays
• If the pre-ordered goods cannot be arrived within 20 days, the customer will be informed and the goods in stock will be sent first.
• A message notice will be sent after all goods are sent out.
• The tracking number will be provided when sent by SF Express or air mail.
退款政策
• 所有貨品於確認訂單及付款後均不設退換貨服務。
• 珍珠在自然環境下天然成長，不是流水生產線下的人造物品，做不到人為意義上的完全無瑕，在保證光澤和顏色的情況下，我們會儘量選擇相對微瑕疵的高品質珍珠，每顆都會360度篩選配色，以確保珍珠品質。雖然我們一直堅持嚴格的篩選標準，還是無法保證零瑕疵和零生長紋，奢侈大牌的珍珠，同樣也不保證完美無瑕的。
• 【瑕疵定義】產品沒有因意外/人為或不當佩戴而造成損壞/損耗 (例如：珍珠沒有人為刮花，沒有因不適當佩帶而造成珍珠變黃/失去光澤等。)
• 所有貨品出貨前均會經由人手詳細檢查。
• 若顧客有所顧慮，為保障雙方權益，您可將拆封包裹至檢查商品的整個過程錄影。
• 所有飾品都是實拍，顏色會以商品實物為準 。
• 下單前請慎重考慮，請勿催單。
• 如因貨品在運輸途中出現遺失或破損或損壞 (包括速遞及運輸)，本公司恕不負責及不設退換。
